Artificial structures with subwavelength dimension have been attracting tremendous attention due to their novel properties and great potential applications for new generation photonic technology. In this talk, the presenter will present some subwavelength structures for applications in light source, light manipulation and high resolution imaging, which are the main results acquired from a recently completed S$10 million competitive research program. In addition, he will also give a brief introduction about Nanyang Technology University and the possibility of working and study in Singapore Institutions.
