二、主要学习与工作经历
先后获得西安电子科技大学本科、硕士学位,香港大学博士学位(师从Victor O.K. Li, IEEE Life Fellow)。2005 - 2006 年,访问美国加州大学河滨分校。2008 - 2017年,在贝尔实验室(中国区,诺基亚上海贝尔股份有限公司)担任研究科学家。2019 - 2024 年,在上海科技大学担任副研究员。2024 年至今,在上海理工大学计算机工程系任教。
三、主要科研工作与成绩
博士毕业后一直从事信息领域中人工智能、计算机及网络通信方向的研究与研发工作。至今已在国际知名期刊及会议上发表 50 余篇论文,申请 60 余项国际、国内专利,其中近 50 余项专利已获授权,包括 14 项美国、欧洲授权专利。向 3GPP 提交了 80 余篇 4G/5G 技术提案。主持和参与了多个强化学习、深度学习、多模态智能融合、5G 无线资源调度、语音生成及编辑、毫米波技术等领域的项目,其中包括上海欧网网络科技有限公司(2025 年)、同济大学(2024 年)等多个横向项目,以及上海科技大学院发展基金项目(2023 年)、华为诺亚方舟实验室横向项目(2022 年)、谷歌协同育人项目(2020 年)。此外,作为主要参与人员完成了六项科技部门重大专项的纵向项目,如毫米波频段移动通信系统关键技术研究与验证(2015 年)、IMT-Advanced 协作多点传输技术研究(2008 年)等。2017 年获得上海市高级工程师(教授级,正高)职称。在贝尔实验室工作期间多次获得公司优秀员工、标准化创新奖等荣誉。2023 年获上海浦东“明珠工程师”称号。
